Hi Jason, I have already visited the Lexmark site many times and tried to reinstall the driver as in their article, but I just keep coming back to the message that it has found an earlier copy of the driver on my computer and makes me try to uninstall it, restart the pcbut then when I try to install again the same message comes up. I have tried using the control panel to uninstall it there is no entry for Lexmark. Replied on December 17, I have uninstalled 7 and printsr back to Vista where everything works.
