Yes, it is for watching TV Hello, The reason why it work on 32 Bits and not on 64 Bits it's because Conexant chipset for this card is only on 32 bits and they never released a 64 Bits version and none of the manufactures who used this component for their tv cards care about work on this probleme because the card is too old.
